Ways the protect these mesmerizing creatures

Ways to protect these creatures from extinction

There are a lot of ways to protect these creatures from extinction. Here are some of the smallest things you can do that can make a big difference.

1) Volunteer

If you are unable to donate money, you can donate your time in order to help protect these wildlife by rescuing wildlife or even help educate people about wildlife.

2) Donate

You can donate money to help conservation organization such as the WWF. For example your money can be used to build a sanctuary for these endangered wildlife.

3) Education

Parents can teach their children about the importance of wildlife to us and the whole world. For example parents can show them videos about endangered animals. Teachers also play an important role in this because teachers can teach students in school about wildlife.

4) Campaign

The government can start a campaign about wildlife. This will attract media and press which mean a lot of people will be attracted to check it out.

5) Social media

Social media is actually a great way to educate people. This is because a lot of people are using it worldwide and it is easy to access anywhere and anytime. For example organization can upload a small video with 1 minute duration to get people to see it. Then they can put on a link to a lot more videos with longer duration.

6) Visit

Zoos, aquariums, national parks and wildlife refuges are all home to wild animals. Learn more about our planet’s species from experts. See Earth’s most amazing creatures up close. You can also post it on social online platform like Instagram to attract more people to come and take a look.

7) Speak up/ Fight for wildlife

Speaking up about your opinion on how to protect these creatures is important as people will follow your path. For example posting your opinion on Facebook will attract people to follow your footsteps as they feel like they aren't alone in this fight. People will also be more active in protecting wildlife.

8) NEVER buy products made out of endangered species

This is very important because if you ever buy something made out of an endangered species you are actually encouraging them because they will feel like all the struggle was worth the big bucks they are making so they will do it more. For example buying ivory for medicinal purposes (which doesn't actually work) will pursue them to get even more tusks and that means more dead elephants.

9) 5R

Follow the 5Rs (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Recover and Refuse). Following this will provide a significant change to the world because when you do it others follow you. For example reuse the plastic bottle and create something creative and bring it to school, I guarantee that some or all of them will do the same.

10) DONT harass or kill wildlife

NEVER hurt an endangered wildlife in anyway. This will impact the species a lot since you don't really know how many people there are who is the same as you so never do it ever.
